William Oliver

William Oliver has an impressive career in law enforcement with more than 31 years of dedicated service.

Most recently, Mr. Oliver served as the first Deputy Assistant Commissioner (DAC) of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Air and Marine. Aside from strategically managing over 1800 personnel, operating 272 aircraft and 260 vessels throughout the western hemisphere, Mr. Oliver also oversaw the multibillion dollar aircraft and vessel procurement program, providing strategic vision for introduction of aircraft upgrade conversions. Mr. Oliver was also a key member in the groundbreaking program to have the P-3 aircraft rewinged, extending their service life up to 25 years.
