Ernest Frazier

Chief Ernest Frazier has been a police management and emergency preparedness leader for over thirty years and is an expert on security and law enforcement in the transportation sector. As the Chief of Police and Security for Amtrak, Chief Frazier was the senior corporate executive responsible for oversight and the provision of security services for the United States’ nationwide, intercity passenger rail transportation system. Additionally, as the for Director of Public Safety for the New Castle County Department of Public Safety, Chief Frazier held direct responsibility for public safety efforts, including emergency communications, paramedic services, and emergency preparedness and response, for an area spanning 450 square miles and containing a population of over 550,000 people.
