Allen Gina

Mr. Allen Gina is a founding partner of CT Strategies, CCG’s subsidiary firm focused on integrated trade and supply chain services.  As the former Assistant Commissioner for International Trade at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Mr. Gina’s government portfolio encompassed trade policy, program development, and compliance measurement as it relates to cross-border movement and the global supply chain.  In that role, he oversaw a workforce of over 1,000 employees and a budget of over $300 million, and was responsible for leading the most extensive trade transformation initiative in CBP’s history.  He is noted for developing broad and far-reaching national and international programs to support anti-terrorism and trade transformation policies.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Gina served as Assistant Commissioner for International Affairs, Deputy and Acting Assistant Commissioner for Intelligence and Operations Coordination, and Executive Director for the Container Security and Secure Freight Initiatives.  Mr. Gina also served as the Director of Agency Coordination at the Border and Transportation Security Directorate, Department of Homeland Security.
