Ralph Basham and Al Martinez-Fonts participated in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's The State of Homeland Security Since 9/11 panel.  In this two part discussion, former and current representatives from the Department of Homeland Security and the private sector spoke about the future of homeland security since September 11, 2001.
