The ongoing investigation in the disappearance of Malaysian Airline Flight 370 has already prompted additional security measures by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).  After revelations that two passengers aboard the flight were traveling on stolen passports, the issue of lax passport screening, particularly of outbound passengers has been brought to a new prominence.

Andrew Farrelly, former director of targeting programs at CBP, discussed this new practice in an interview with Mark Albert of CBS News.
