William Masters offers specialized knowledge of protective platforms, acquisition management, and counter threat technology. Mr. Masters spent 22 years at the US Secret Service as the Armored Vehicle Program Manager where he was responsible for the development and procurement of all specialized vehicles used to fulfill the Secret Service’s protective mission, including the armored presidential limousine and attending motorcade platforms. Mr. Masters has been involved in all aspects of armored vehicle planning, design, engineering, and testing and is a recognized subject matter expert in the field of armored vehicle engineering and survivability. He brings a unique combination of specialized protective material knowledge as well as experience managing highly complex, purpose-built and after-market armored vehicle programs.
