Mo McGowan

Mo McGowan is a partner in Command Consulting Group’s Dallas office, which he helped form following a long and distinguished career as a local law enforcement officer, corporate security manager, and senior federal leader. Mr. McGowan is uniquely qualified in his approach to the security and risk management field because of his multi-disciplined and experienced background. Most recently, Mr. McGowan served as Assistant Administrator for the Office of Security Operations at the Transportation Security Administration, where he was responsible for securing all transportation modes with emphasis on the aviation sector and oversaw the screening of 2 million commercial air passengers a day.  He is noted for his role as an architect of the evolutionary program that changed the culture and security posture of TSA’s uniformed officers.
