Jon Whittingham

Mr. Jon Whittingham has extensive knowledge and experience in developing, programming, and executing complex counterintelligence investigations, counterespionage programs, force protection initiatives, and technical security projects, and has supported a variety of classified and sensitive offensive and defensive operations. Mr. Whittingham offers his unique experience as the Director of Security and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Program Manager at the White House Communications Agency, where he was responsible for the 900-plus member communications support agency serving the President of the United States, the National Security Council (NSC) and the White House staff. Prior to his service to the President, Mr. Whittingham spent nearly 26 years as an Army Counterintelligence Special Agent  specializing in technical counterintelligence technologies and procedures.
