Bill Livingood

Bill Livingood is a highly accomplished law enforcement executive with a recognized depth of expertise in all aspects of management, operations, emergency preparedness and continuity planning developed over his 40-year career with the United States House of Representatives and the United States Secret Service. As the former Sergeant at Arms for the House of Representatives, Mr. Livingood’s was responsible for ensuring the security of all members of Congress, all Congressional chambers and facilities, continuity and emergency operations for Congress, and command of the US Capitol Police. Previously, he served 33 years with the United States Secret Service, where he was responsible for a variety of management, planning, operational, investigatory, and training operations for the organization.
